Ealga Ni Aodha

Ealga ni Aodha, M.S., PHR, currently serves as Vice President of People at Patch My PC, a position held since January 2025. Previously, Ealga held the role of Vice President of Talent and Sr. Director of Talent Management & Strategy at Uplight from January 2022 to February 2025. Prior experience includes serving at Twilio as Principal Program Manager for Organizational Effectiveness and Chief of Staff from April 2019 to January 2022, as well as various roles at SendGrid, including Sr. Program Manager in Organizational Development from March 2014 to March 2019. Ealga's academic background includes an MSc in Work and Organisational Psychology from the University of Limerick, a Postgraduate Certificate in Professional Studies in Education from The Open University, and a BA in Applied Psychology and Sociology from University College Cork.
