Anne-Laure Tantot is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background across multiple industries. Currently serving at Patek Philippe as part of the HR team since June 2024, Anne-Laure previously held the position of Senior HR Manager at CERN, where responsibilities included strategic HR leadership within a multicultural environment. Prior roles include Learning and Development Manager at Danone, where innovative training solutions were developed, and Senior HR Manager at Alstom, providing key HR support to R&D functions.
