Walter A. Rusnak

Walter Rusnak has extensive work experience in various financial roles. Walter started their career as Vice-President and Controller in the Consumer Finance Division of Superior Bank, FSB, where they developed and maintained accounting and financial reporting systems. Walter later became Senior Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer at the same institution.

After leaving Superior Bank, Walter joined Aurora Loan Services Inc. as a Senior Vice-President, overseeing financial accounting and treasury operations. Walter then worked at ESL Federal Credit Union, where they served as SVP/Director of Finance & Administration and CFO, managing functions such as treasury, finance, accounting, and facilities management.

Walter then joined Ovitz Corporation as a Founding Principal and Advisory Board Member, where they provided financial support and guidance for the start-up medical device company. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Pathfinder Bank.

Walter Rusnak holds an MBA in Finance, General from the University at Buffalo. Walter also obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Canisius College. In addition, they hold the certification of Certified Public Accountant, awarded by The University of the State of New York Education Department. Walter also has a certification as a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA), although the institution from which they obtained this certification is not provided.
