Harold Glasser

Hal Glasser's work experience spans over three decades in the legal and healthcare sectors. Harold (Hal) began their career at Merck & Co., Inc. in 1988 and held various legal roles until 2012. Harold (Hal) then served as the Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer at Sanofi Pasteur MSD from 2012 to 2014. Following this, they worked as Senior Counsel at Ferring Pharmaceuticals in 2015. In 2018, Hal founded Health Impact Partnership, Inc., a non-profit focusing on healthcare access in low-middle income countries, while also providing part-time counsel at Vital Strategies. Currently, Hal serves as the Chief Legal Officer at Pathfinder International, where they provide legal guidance and oversight at an organizational level.

Hal Glasser holds a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School. Harold (Hal) completed their B.A. and Certificate in East Asian Studies at the University of Rochester, focusing on English, Comparative Literature, and Japanese language and culture. Additionally, they were a Mombusho Graduate Research Fellow at The University of Tokyo's Graduate School of Law, specializing in Economic Law.
