Noha El Sebaie

Noha El Sebaie is an experienced professional in the fields of program management and development, currently serving as the Assistant Country Director for Pathfinder International in Egypt and the Mena region since November 2024. Previously, Noha held the position of Program Manager at Hivos from December 2022 to October 2024 and worked as Partnerships Director at Contrato from August 2021 to January 2023. Noha also served as the Associate Director of the AUC Innovation Hub: Qubit at The American University in Cairo between February 2020 and October 2021. Prior roles include Advisor at GIZ GmbH and Senior Program Assistant at IOM. Noha's career began with program management at Nahdet El Mahrousa and teaching assistance at Cairo University, complemented by a background in marketing research at GfK. Noha holds a Master's degree in Development Economics and International Development from The London School of Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Cairo University.
