Samuel Gichuki is a highly experienced talent acquisition professional with a robust background in recruitment across various organizations. Currently serving as a Global Proposal Recruiter for Pathfinder International, Samuel leads full life cycle recruitment and talent sourcing efforts for both domestic and international positions. Previous roles include serving as a Consultant for ICARDA, a Contract Recruiter for Counterpart International, an Interim Regional Recruitment Manager for Save the Children International, and as Head of HR and Executive Talent Acquisition Specialist at BDO East Africa. Samuel’s extensive experience also encompasses roles at World Vision International, International Development Partners (EA) Ltd, and Essar Telecom Kenya.
