Paul Williams has over 40 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Paul began their career at Atlantic Richfield Company as a Senior Project Engineer, Contract Administrator, and Project Engineer. Paul then moved on to General Electric Company where they served as Manager of Planning & Design and Manager of Scheduling & Control. After that, Paul worked at the University of Pennsylvania as a Project Manager & Senior Project Manager, where they coordinated a 15-acre expansion project. Paul then joined Day & Zimmermann as a Senior Project Manager, overseeing the successful start-up of a fast-track pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. Paul also served as Manager of Projects and Vice President at Day & Zimmermann, leading various projects and achieving cost reductions and efficiency improvements. Paul later joined CDI Corporation as a National Program Manager, where they implemented and managed a professional staffing solution in the medical equipment and services industry. Currently, they are working at Pathfinder LLC as Vice President, responsible for integrating the company's project experts into owner organizations' project teams.

Paul Williams has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University. Additionally, they hold a Master's degree in Engineering Management from Drexel University.
