Mark Kissman

Mark Kissman has worked in the finance and accounting industry since 1980. Mark began their career at KPMG Peat Marwick, where they worked as a Supervising Senior Accountant in the Philadelphia, PA and San Jose, CA offices. Mark then moved to Anacomp/ Xidex as a Director of Finance, and was responsible for consolidating financial results from 30 divisions and preparing Management, SEC, and Shareholder reports. Mark was then transferred to Xidex Europe to oversee integration and administration of newly acquired subsidiaries.

Mark Kissman then worked at Software Design & Analysis as VP of Finance, where they were responsible for accounting, treasury, legal, and contracts management. Mark was then recruited to Giesecke & Devrient America as VP of Finance and CFO, where they embarked on a successful acquisition campaign to acquire key businesses in related fields.

Mark Kissman then moved to Current Analysis as SVP of Finance and CFO, where they were responsible for all financial, human resource, legal, information systems and administrative functions. Mark then worked at Ulticom as SVP and CFO, and was responsible for accounting, treasury, SEC reporting, investor relations, M&A, legal, contracts management, and subsidiary administration.

Finally, Mark Kissman worked at Pathlock, where they held the role of Senior Finance Consultant and Chief Financial Officer. As CFO, they were responsible for accounting, treasury, M&A, subsidiary administration, legal, and contract management. Pathlock was then recognized on the 2021 Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing private companies.

Mark Kissman obtained a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Penn State University in 1980. Mark also holds a Certified Public Accountant certification.
