David Scarpello

David Scarpello has a diverse range of work experience spanning from 1997 to the present. David started their career as a Staff Accountant at Asmara Inc. in 1997 before moving on to become the Manager of Treasury & Credit at MultiPlan in 1998. In this role, they built and managed a Treasury & Credit team, implemented cash management best practices, and oversaw $30M of investable assets.

In 2003, Scarpello joined Sentinel Benefits & Financial Group as their Chief Financial Officer. David then took on the additional position of Partner & Chief Operating Officer in 2007 until 2017. Following this, they served as a Financial Consultant (Interim CFO) at ZeroNorth from 2018 to 2019. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Financial Officer at Pathstone, starting in July 2020.

David Scarpello obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire, where they studied from 1987 to 1991. David continued their education at Bentley University, where they pursued a Master of Science degree in Finance from 1996 to 2001. In addition, they obtained the Series 27 - Financial & Operations Principal certification from FINRA in December 2004.
