Robin Davis

Director of Regulatory & Reimbursement Services at Pathway Health

As the Director of Regulatory and Reimbursement Services, Robin is accountable for the development, oversight and support of consultation related to the regulatory processes/solutions in customer settings as well as reimbursement processes, including the resident assessment process, quality measurement and data in accordance with state and federal requirements and oversees products, resources, education and consulting services related to regulatory and reimbursement for the customers. Robin leads the Pathway Health team of subject matter experts in the areas of MDS, CAA, PDPM, PPS, Case Mix, QMs, and the care plan process. In addition, she serves as a regulatory resource/subject matter expert for Pathway Health and consultants in responding to customer regulatory needs as well as product and education development needs, and assists in the marketing of services, coordination of projects, consultant staffing, client development and employee/customer relations as needed.

Robin is a proven senior living leader with more than 35 years of experience in care settings that include Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living and Memory Care. She has held positions that include MDS, DON, Regional Nurse, Divisional MDS, Interim DON/Administrator, Director of Clinical Reimbursement and CMS Nurse Consultant (DAVE2). Throughout her career, Robin has been responsible for multi-state, multi-facility management experience overseeing clinical, MDS/RAI processes and clinical reimbursement, regulatory compliance and has been able to put her clinical, regulatory and reimbursement knowledge into practice when supporting organizations plan for and implement of Quality Measures (QMs), QRP, VBP, OIG work plans, Corporate Integrity Agreements throughout the U.S.
