Keri Wlaschin

Keri has worked in long term care for over 25 years and has been with Pathway Health since 2012. In her current role as the Director of Project Management, she is responsible for the implementation and coordination of all Pathway projects. In her previous role as a Clinical Consultant for the ePath team, she provided training and implementation of the PointClickCare software along with configuration and reviews of the software for the end user. Prior to joining Pathway Health, she held numerous leadership positions including MDS Coordinator and Director of Clinical Reimbursement. Keri is a licensed practical nurse and is a certified RAC-CT.
