Kristina Shields

Kristina Shields is a dedicated professional in the field of behavioral therapy, currently serving as a Registered Behavior Technician at Pathways Behavioral Consulting, LLC. since August 2018. Previously, Kristina held the position of Behavior Technician at Autism Learning Partners for a brief period in June 2018 to August 2018. In both roles, Kristina has focused on teaching communication, social, and self-help skills to individuals on the autism spectrum and implementing behavior intervention plans in various settings using applied behavior analysis. Kristina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Fisk University, earned between 2006 and 2010.
