Jeff S Giovinazzo, the President/CFO of Pathways Consulting Group, follows a customer-first philosophy and believes that fairness and respect are central to any successful business relationship. He leads by example and strives to always be direct, transparent and positive in attitude and approach of delivering quality and value for all customers.

Jeff founded Pathways in 2006, and the company quickly established itself as a trusted ServiceNow partner for businesses in the Greater New York Metropolitan area, including some of the largest names in banking, finance, technology and healthcare. Under Jeff’s leadership, the company has grown and now helps customers across the country unlock productivity, fuel efficiency and accelerate the path to digital transformation.

Jeff has decades of real-life experience, listening to his clients and finding solutions to their unique challenges. He loves his job as much today as he did 40 years ago when he first started as a Solution Consultant.
