Michael Eagar

Michael Eagar is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in executive search and technology for the craft industry. Currently serving as a Partner at Pathways Executive Search since September 2023, Michael has previously held the same role at Leaders International Executive Search from July 2014 to September 2023, where Michael progressed from Consultant to Senior Consultant. As cofounder and Chief Executive Officer at Kegshoe Inc., Michael provided innovative technology solutions for craft breweries. Earlier roles include Associate at Higgins Executive Search and various positions at Inditex, The Boiler Inspection and Insurance Company of Canada, and Future Shop. Michael holds a Graduate Certificate in Leadership and an MBA in Executive Management from Royal Roads University, along with educational credentials from the University of Ottawa.
