Joel Onditi

Joel Onditi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data analytics and business intelligence. Currently serving as a Professor of Practice in Data Analytics at the University of Denver's Daniels College of Business since November 2021, Joel Onditi also contributes as a member of the Business Information and Analytics Advisory Board since October 2018. As President and CEO of Pathways International since August 2012, Joel Onditi leads a technology company specializing in database, data warehousing, and analytics services for diverse clients. Previous roles include Senior BI/DW Consultant at Perficient, BI Lead at Beatport LLC, Database/Systems Expert at Equity Bank Limited, and ATM/Banking Software Developer at Craft Silicon. Joel Onditi holds several prestigious certifications, including those from Harvard Kennedy School and MIT Sloan School of Management, along with a Master's in Business Intelligence from the University of Denver and a Bachelor's in Computer Technology from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology.
