Robin Fletcher-Charity

Robin Fletcher-Charity is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in community engagement, quality assurance, and coaching. Currently serving as the Community Engagement Manager at PAN Foundation since April 2021, Robin establishes partnerships to address healthcare disparities and organizes health-focused events. Previously, Robin held various leadership roles such as Sr. Manager of Quality Assurance/Customer Experience at CareMetx, LLC, and Principle Coach at Encore Business and Life Coaching, where Robin successfully guided over 120 clients into new careers and developed numerous training programs. Additional roles include Manager of Quality Assurance at Quality Technology, Global Contact Center Manager at Prometric, and Director of Product Development at Retirement Living TV. Robin's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts/Communications from the University of Miami and certifications in Human Resources and Special Education from Howard Community College.
