Ross Schwarzber, MA, CPH has a diverse and extensive work experience. Ross began their career in 2007 as a Corporate Services Production Assistant at NBA Entertainment, where they researched, edited, and fulfilled video projects for NBA corporate partners. Ross also wrote daily broadcast media reports and supported production and stage management of executive events and Board of Governors meetings.

From 2010 to 2011, Ross served as a Sports Marketing Graduate Assistant at UNC Athletics, where they developed marketing plans and strategies for nine sports programs and collaborated on department-wide marketing strategies. Ross also wrote and distributed print and digital marketing materials to promote sports events in the local and regional community.

In 2011, Ross joined the University of Delaware as the Assistant Director of Athletics Marketing & Promotions. Ross led marketing efforts for Men's Basketball, Men's Lacrosse, and Volleyball, and provided support to other sports programs. Ross conducted analysis of past marketing plans and researched best practices to generate recommendations for future campaigns. Ross was also responsible for writing, editing, and distributing marketing materials using targeted outreach strategies.

In 2013, Ross worked as a Data Analyst in Compliance at BNP Paribas. Ross conducted detailed analysis and evaluation of confidential data to ensure compliance with laws and regulations. Ross reconciled account issues, monitored team workflow, and prepared daily reports while maintaining a highly confidential work environment.

From 2014 to 2018, Ross served as a Research Fellow at the President's Council on Sports, Fitness & Nutrition at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Their role involved leading a health promotion program model for individuals with disabilities. Ross directed operations of physical activity and nutrition-promoting programs, managed projects and events, and collaborated with contractors and other federal agencies.

Most recently, Ross joined the Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI) in 2019 as a Program Manager for Engagement Awards. Their responsibilities in this role are not specified.

Ross Schwarzber, MA, CPH has an extensive education history. Ross obtained a Graduate Certificate in Public Health from the University of Maryland in 2018. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Exercise and Sport Science with a specialization in Sport Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, which they completed between 2009 and 2014. Additionally, they hold a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from Rutgers University, where they studied Journalism & Media Studies and Exercise Science & Sports Studies with a focus on Sport Management. Furthermore, in August 2018, Ross obtained a certification in Public Health, being recognized as a Certified Public Health (CPH) professional by the National Board of Public Health Examiners (NBPHE).
