Almarie Burch

Almarie Burch has been with Patient Prism since June 2019 and is currently the Director of Client Success. Almarie has been in the customer service and communication industry for over 10 years.

Almarie started their career as a Communication Center Manager at Lakewood Dentistry in February 2015. Almarie was with the company for over 4 years before moving to Patient Prism in January 2021 as a Client Success Manager. Almarie was promoted to Senior Client Success Manager in January 2022 and then to Director of Client Success in November 2022.

In their current role, Almarie is responsible for leading the Client Success team and working closely with patients, caregivers, and clinicians to ensure they are getting the most out of the Patient Prism platform. Almarie is passionate about their work and enjoys helping others improve their communication and patient care experiences.
