Lori Bresnahan has a strong background in technical writing and software analysis. Lori is currently working as a Principal Technical Writer at Commure since September 2021. Prior to this, they held the same position at PatientKeeper from May 2013 to present. At PatientKeeper, they also worked as a Senior Technical Writer from April 2010 to May 2013 and as a Documentation Manager from October 2005 to May 2010. Lori Bresnahan completed their Bachelor of Arts in French at Middlebury College from 1982 to 1986. Later on, they pursued technical writing and obtained a Certificate in Technical Writing from Middlesex Community College. In terms of additional certifications, they completed the "Figma Essential Training: The Basics" course from LinkedIn in February 2022. Furthermore, they acquired certifications in advanced techniques and quizzes for Adobe Captivate 2019 as well as Captivate 9 from LinkedIn in December 2019.
