Whitney Yates has diverse work experience in various industries. Whitney started their career as a Universal Agent at Victoria's Secret Direct in 2005 before transitioning to C&E Advanced Technologies in 2006. At C&E, they initially worked as a Customer Service Representative for nine years before being promoted to the role of Marketing Supervisor, which they held from August 2015 to December 2020. In December 2020, Whitney joined Private Health News as a Client Success Manager, where they worked until April 2022. Currently, they are employed as a Manager of Client Success at PatientPoint®, starting in April 2022.

Whitney Yates holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Language and Literature, with a focus on General studies, from Wright State University. In addition, Whitney obtained a certification in Business Law for Managers from LinkedIn in July 2023.
