Angie Long has extensive work experience in various roles within the hospitality industry. Angie started their career at Hard Rock International as an Operations Manager, where they were responsible for managing staff, generating sales, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Angie then joined Restaurant Associates, later formed as Patina Restaurant Group, as a Project Manager, where they oversaw the restructuring and design of the corporate purchasing software. Angie later transitioned to TA Management & Consulting - Howard Johnson Plaza as a General Manager and Franchise Partner, where they oversaw the operational systems of a full-service hotel. Lastly, they joined the Patina Restaurant Group as the Director of Purchasing Systems - Corporate, where they managed the development and implementation of purchasing systems and provided forecasting models.
From 1985 to 1990, Angie Long attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville where they pursued a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) degree in the field of Fine Arts.
