Jon Badaracco

Jon Badaracco is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in restaurant and event management. Currently serving as General Manager at Patina Restaurant Group since January 2017, Jon has successfully revitalized catering sales and improved overall operational performance at the Empire State Building. Previous roles include Assistant Operating Partner at PF Changs China Bistro, where Jon developed training programs, and Senior Manager at Baca Sports Bar, achieving a significant increase in sales through operational enhancements.
