Rebecca is responsible for Patra’s Center of Excellence for People Development, supporting employees globally at all stages of their careers. She has had an extensive career in L&D including over a decade in Federal contracting and consulting, working large global companies in Lowes and Albertson, and Genoa Healthcare, part of UnitedHealth Group.
