Teija Kaitainen

Teija Kaitainen is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in business controlling and operational management across notable companies. Since August 2022, Teija has served as Vice President of Production Business Controlling at Patria, leading a team of finance experts in Finland and the Baltics while being a key member of the production management team. Prior to this, Teija held various senior roles at Fiskars Group from July 2010 to July 2022, including Senior Manager of Development Projects and Head of Group Business Controlling, where oversight of significant financial reporting and strategic initiatives was provided. Teija's earlier experience includes managerial and analytical positions at Stora Enso, where contributions were made to group reporting and process development. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management and a Master's in Business Administration and Economics from LUT University, complemented by an exchange program at Aarhus University.
