Katie Pursel

Katie Pursel is a Talent Acquisition Manager at Patrick Industries, Inc. since January 2013. Prior to that, Katie worked as a Sales Executive at Workbox Staffing from June 2010 to December 2012. Katie was responsible for overseeing Sales, Management, and Recruitment at the Elkhart, Indiana Branch, leading to a significant increase in sales by over 200% in their first year. Katie successfully managed a team, over 50 clients, and 250+ temporary employees, while also developing new business opportunities in the Elkhart, Goshen, and Mishawaka area. Katie also played a key role in hiring inside recruiters, training, and their development to provide excellent customer service and placement of temporary employees.
