Rich Bard

Rich Bard has 40 years of experience and provides project budgeting, scheduling, design, and construction management for the firm’s large-scale projects. His project experience includes large Class A offices, medical office buildings, luxury residential, and hotel experience. Rich received a B.S. in Business from Eastern Illinois University. Rich joined the company in 1991.
