David Bevins

David Bevins has extensive work experience in the rail industry. David is currently serving as the Vice President of Operations at Patriot Rail Company since July 2021. Prior to this, they held various roles within the same company, including Vice President of Operations for Rail, Services, & Ports and VP of Safety, Training, and Regulatory.

Before joining Patriot Rail Company, David worked at CSX, where they had roles such as Director of Management and External Training, Assistant Terminal Superintendent, and Trainmaster.

David Bevins has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from the University of Kentucky, which they obtained from 1994 to 1996. David also has a Master's degree in Transportation from the University of Denver, which they earned from 2014 to 2016. In addition, they completed the Business Leadership Program at the University of Maryland in 2011, and studied Organizational Leadership at the same university in 2008. David Bevins also holds a certification as a Freight Rail Engineer from the Patriot Rail Company.
