Kaitlyn Henderson

Kaitlyn Henderson, PhD, is a seasoned professional currently serving as Senior Director of Wage Policy & Legislative Affairs at Patriotic Millionaires since November 2025. Previously, Kaitlyn held various roles at Oxfam America from November 2019 to October 2025, including Senior Researcher and Staff-Elected Board Member, where responsibilities encompassed leading research on critical issues affecting the low wage workforce and gender-based violence during the COVID-19 pandemic. Prior experience includes a prestigious fellowship at The Aspen Institute, teaching and research assistant positions at Tulane University, and support roles at both Colonial Latin American Review and Macalester College. Kaitlyn holds a PhD in Latin American History from Tulane University and a Bachelor's degree in Latin American Studies from Macalester College.
