Kathrin Lohrer

Kathrin Lohrer has extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Kathrin started their career in 2013 as an International Property Manager at Deka Immobilien Investment GMBH, where they were responsible for managing properties in the United Kingdom, United States, Sweden, Norway, and the Baltics, with a focus on shopping centers and office buildings. In 2018, they joined Universal Investment as a Real Estate Administration Portfolio Manager, overseeing portfolio management. Since 2019, they have been working at PATRIZIA SE, initially as an Associate for Investment & Partner Steering/Asset Operations, and currently as a Senior Associate in Asset Operations. Their role at PATRIZIA involves handling various operational aspects related to assets.

Kathrin Lohrer attended FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management from 2015 to 2018, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Management.
