Martin Odenwald

Martin Odenwald has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Martin is currently serving as the Director and Team Head of Asset Management Office & Hotel Deutschland Mitte at PATRIZIA SE since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an Associate Director at the same company from March 2017 to March 2022. Before joining PATRIZIA SE, Martin held the position of Team Head and Key Account Manager for Property Management at BNP Paribas Real Estate from January 2015 to February 2017. Martin also worked as an Asset & Property Manager at DIC Onsite from February 2012 to December 2014 and as a Property Manager at TREUREAL from July 2009 to January 2012. Martin's initial experience in the industry began at DTZ Zadelhoff v.o.f. where they served as a Junior Consultant for Industrial & Logistics from April 2007 to June 2009.

Martin Odenwald attended Stauffenbergschule Frankfurt from 2007 to 2009, where they obtained a degree in Immobilienkaufmann (IHK). Prior to that, from 2003 to 2006, they studied Wirtschaftswissenschaften at Goethe University Frankfurt.
