Joyce Segall

Joyce Segall serves as the Global Head of Insurance Innovation & Strategy at Pattern Insurance since June 2022. Previously, Joyce held the position of President at AccuRisk Ancillary Solutions LLC from October 2020 to February 2022 and was the Senior Vice President and Head of Accident & Health for Starr Indemnity & Liability from February 2016 to November 2018. Notable achievements include revamping leisure travel insurance and driving premium growth to over $13M within 18 months at Starr, and leading product development efforts at AIG for Accident & Health across the US and Canada. Joyce's extensive experience also includes roles at 1-800AnyLens as CEO, and significant positions at AIU Holdings, United Health Plans of America, and Reliance National Insurance Company. Joyce Segall earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Boston University.
