Amy Smolen

Amy Smolen serves as the Assistant General Counsel for Transactions at Pattern Energy since June 2009. Prior to this role, Amy held the position of Counsel at Babcock & Brown from January 2007 to June 2009 and at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman from October 1996 to December 2006. Amy obtained a Juris Doctor degree from Stanford Law School between 1993 and 1996 and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Relations from UCLA from 1988 to 1993.
