Martha Richards

Martha Richards is an experienced HR professional with a diverse range of roles and responsibilities. Martha is currently working as a Talent Engagement Director at Pattern Energy Group, where they serve as a strategic HR leader providing support and guidance to various teams across the US, Mexico, and Canada.
