Laura Simmonds, MBA MSN RN

Laura Simmonds, MBA MSN RN has a long and varied work history. Laura began their career in 2005 as a Critical Care Registered Nurse at McLaren Northern Michigan. From 2007 to 2011, they worked as a House Supervisor & Critical Care RN at Munson Healthcare Charlevoix Hospital. In 2011, they took on the role of Health and Wellness Coach at Provant Health. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Career & Technical Educator - Health Occupations Teacher at Charlevoix Middle/High School. Laura then moved to Ontrak Health in 2015, where they held the roles of Program Manager, Program Performance Manager, and Care Community Supervisor. In 2021, they began their current role as Director of Clinical Program Management at Pattern Health.

Laura Simmonds, MBA MSN RN has an extensive education history. Laura obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) in Psychology from North Central Michigan College in 1998-2000. Laura then obtained an Associate Degree Nursing (ADN) from North Central Michigan College in 2002-2005. Laura also obtained a Michigan Registered Nursing License from the State of Michigan Board of Nursing in June 2005. Additionally, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Spring Arbor University in 2009-2011. Laura then went on to obtain a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Strategic Leadership from Spring Arbor University in 2015-2019 and a Master of Science in Nursing - MSN in Nursing Science from Spring Arbor University in 2015-2019. Laura also holds an Annual Teacher Certification (State of Michigan) and is in the process of obtaining an Ohio Registered Nursing License.
