Surabhi Nath has a diverse work experience across various industries. Surabhi started their career as a Field Engineer Trainee at Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited in 2014. Surabhi then moved on to work as a Financial Service Intern at Karvy Global Services in 2015. In 2018, Surabhi joined Bharti Airtel as a Sales and Marketing Intern.

In 2019, Surabhi joined Mondelēz International as a Management Trainee. Surabhi'sresponsibilities included multi-channel brand activations and brand communication strategy for a beverage brand. Surabhi successfully led consumer sampling campaigns and co-branding initiatives, resulting in increased sales and transactions.

Surabhi worked at Mondelēz International as an Area Sales Manager in South Rajasthan. Surabhi led a sales team and consistently achieved strong growth, delivering impressive KPIs and managing P&L for channel partners and loyalty program outlets.

Surabhi then joined BYJU'S in 2021 as a Brand Manager, where they were responsible for brand strategy and insights. Surabhi played a key role in the pan India launch of a new product, conducted user researches, and developed branding strategies. Surabhi also led the development and execution of marketing campaigns and managed multiple cross-functional teams.

Surabhi is currently working at Pattern® as an E-commerce Brand Manager since 2023.

Surabhi Nath completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they attended the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee from 2011 to 2016 where they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Process Engineering with an MBA specialization.
