Jami Ritter is a seasoned Dev Ops and Service Reliability Engineer with extensive experience in incident management and service reliability, currently employed at Patterson Companies, Inc. since July 2017. In this role, Jami developed a structured incident management process and managed the PagerDuty incident response platform. Prior to Patterson Companies, Jami worked at Prime Therapeutics as an Office 365 Implementation Coordinator, facilitating the transition to Microsoft Office 365, and held various positions at Thomson Reuters, including Service Desk Lead, Team Lead of Major Incident Management, and Senior Systems Engineer, where Jami oversaw global operation support and personnel development. Jami holds a Master’s Degree in Science from St. Mary's University and a Bachelor of Science from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
