Michelle Clements, CCP, currently serves as the Senior Director of Total Rewards at Patterson Companies, Inc. since September 2023. Previously, Michelle held several prominent roles in global compensation and benefits, including Director of Global Compensation at Pentair and Director of Compensation & Benefits at Radisson Hotel Group. With extensive experience managing compensation strategies, M&A activities, and incentive plans across various organizations, Michelle has demonstrated expertise in designing market-based salary structures, implementing compensation administration systems, and leading cross-functional teams. Michelle's background also includes significant contributions to executive compensation practices, organizational compliance, and the development of compensation philosophies at companies such as Digital River and ATK. Michelle holds a degree from St. Cloud State University.
