Kate Naugler

Kate Naugler is a seasoned lawyer with extensive experience in family and civil litigation. Since February 2020, Kate has been practicing at Patterson Law, focusing on family law and civil litigation. Prior to that, Kate worked at Scher Law PC from January 2019 to January 2020, specializing in civil litigation in areas such as employment, human rights, disability, and constitutional law. Kate began their legal career as an Associate Lawyer at PACE LAW FIRM, handling personal injury and long-term disability cases from June to November 2018, and gained foundational experience as a Student at Law at Flaherty McCarthy LLP, where Kate focused on insurance defense from July 2017 to May 2018. Kate holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of New Brunswick, earned from 2014 to 2017, and a Bachelor of Commerce from Saint Mary's University, completed from 2001 to 2007, along with a certificate in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations.
