Jose Turingan

Jose Turingan is a Senior Civil Engineering Technician at Pattle Delamore Partners since March 2023. Previously, Jose served as a Civil CAD Manager at BMD Group from September 2018 to March 2023, overseeing drafting for the Empower Business unit and managing team coordination for infrastructure projects. Jose has also held positions such as Team Leader at GHD, where responsibilities included workload distribution and project monitoring. Experience encompasses roles as Team Lead Drafter at BMD Group, Senior Drafter at GHD, Land Development Cad Technician at Hyder Consulting, Mechanical Detailer at Nippon Steel & Sumikin Engineering Co., Ltd., Mechanical Drafter at GE Hitachi Nuclear Energy, and as a Laboratory Technician at Infra-Geo Services Inc. Jose holds a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering Technology and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering at the Technological University of the Philippines.
