Pauline Verbeke is an accomplished service designer and UX researcher with extensive experience in user experience and service design across various industries. Currently serving as a Service Designer at Pàu and as a Senior UX Researcher & Designer at Elia since April 2024, Pauline has previously played significant roles at ResMed, focusing on enhancing the NightOwl user experience. At Ectosense, responsible for digital design from the ground up for a Home Sleep Apnea Test, and at Colruyt Group with an emphasis on innovative retail solutions, Pauline’s expertise spans graphic and digital design, research methodologies, and process improvement, supported by a comprehensive academic background in Industrial and Product Design.
