Regina Kraft

Regina Kraft has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Regina most recently served as the Vice President Talent and HR Business Partner at Paul Davis USA, starting in 2022. Prior to this, Regina worked at Accenture from 2015 to 2017 as an HR Business Partner and Senior Manager. Regina played a crucial role in transitioning and integrating employees following a successful merger. From 2000 to 2014, Regina held the position of HR Director and equity partner at The Structure Group, a leading energy utilities and commodities consulting firm. Regina contributed significantly to the company's growth and success through strategic management and people development. Regina began their career at Bank of America in 1994, where they worked as a Department Manager, overseeing the Affinity Credit Card Program for clients in the Sport Sector.
