Ladislau Hajos has extensive experience in leadership roles within the healthcare industry, currently serving as Managing Director at HARTMANN GROUP since February 2018. Previously, Ladislau held the position of Head of Sales for Bayer Consumer Health in Romania, Bulgaria, and Moldova, where responsibilities included managing a multi-disciplinary team of 48, driving business strategy implementation, and overseeing key performance indicators. Prior roles include Operational Director at Ozone Laboratories, responsible for a team of 140 and managing financial performance, as well as Country Division Head and Regional Sales Manager at A&D Pharma. Ladislau holds a degree from Polytechnic University Timisoara and has demonstrated a strong ability to develop talent, implement commercial strategies, and build lasting relationships in the market.
