Ben Wietharn

Ben Wietharn is an Associate Attorney at Paul LLP since February 2025, having previously served as a Litigation Associate at Seigfreid Bingham, PC from August 2023 to February 2025. Wietharn contributed to the UMKC Law Review as a Submissions & Symposia Editor and Staff Member from February 2021 to January 2023. Prior experience includes a Summer Associate role at Seigfreid Bingham, PC and Law Clerk position at Cornerstone Law Firm, as well as a Judicial Intern at the Missouri Court of Appeals. Earlier internships include positions at Dairy Farmers of America, U.S. Senator Jerry Moran, and A. Mark Stremel Law Office, with a focus on legal and legislative support.
