Ben Gales

Ben Gales has a diverse work experience spanning various sectors. Ben currently holds the position of Chief Delivery Officer (CDO) at the Paul Ramsay Foundation, where they partner with individuals and organizations to address social disadvantage in Australia. Prior to this, Ben founded Impact Tracks, a social enterprise that supports social impact organizations in achieving their goals. Ben also served as the Chair of the Investment Committee at Social Enterprise Finance Australia and worked as an Executive Director at the Department of Premier and Cabinet in New South Wales. Additionally, Ben held executive positions at NSW Treasury and served as a Member of the Prime Minister's Community Business Partnership, advising the government on strategies to promote philanthropy and investment in the country. Ben has also worked as the CEO of Social Enterprise Finance Australia, providing financing and support to social enterprises.

Ben Gales attended the University of Cambridge from 1988 to 1991, where they obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Economics. Ben then pursued further education at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 1995 to 1996, earning an MSc degree in Economics.
