Caroline Raccuia has a diverse work experience, starting in 2010 with internships at GlobeWomen, Inc. and Georgetown University Housing Operations. Caroline then worked as a Residence Hall Office Assistant and later became a Residence Hall Office Manager at Georgetown University Housing Operations. In 2012, Caroline joined Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP as a Litigation Paralegal. Over the years, they progressed to various roles within the legal personnel and recruitment department, including Legal Recruitment Assistant, Legal Recruitment Coordinator, Legal Recruitment Manager, Senior Legal Personnel & Recruitment Manager, and currently serves as the Legal Personnel & Recruitment Director.
Caroline Raccuia completed their education with a Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Capital Management from Columbia University in the years 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics with a minor in Spanish from Georgetown University, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. Additionally, in 2011, they briefly attended New York University's Arthur L. Carter Institute of Journalism. In the same year, they also had a study experience at Universidad Pontificia Comillas, focusing on ICADE. Caroline's educational journey began at the Academy of Our Lady of Mercy - Lauralton Hall, where they completed their secondary education from 2004 to 2008.
