Catherine O'Doherty

Catherine O'Doherty has extensive work experience in various roles and organizations. Catherine started their career at New York District Council of Carpenters Benefit Funds as a Senior Legal Assistant, where they provided support to the General Counsel, reviewed collective bargaining agreements, and participated in arbitration hearings. Catherine then worked as a Corporate/Real Estate Paralegal at Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP, handling key corporate documents and supporting attorneys in multi-million dollar deals. Catherine later joined Anchorage Capital Group, L.L.C. as an Associate, contributing to operational support, implementing procedures, and managing tasks to enhance efficiency. Following that, they took on leadership roles at Exusia, Inc., where they served as an Associate Director and then as Director, overseeing talent acquisition, training, and mentoring a global recruiting team. Currently, Catherine works at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP as an HR Recruiting Director, leading the recruitment and onboarding process for the firm's Operations team and being responsible for senior management and c-suite executive positions. Catherine also serves as a Guest Lecturer at St. John's University.

Catherine O'Doherty attended Cornell University from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Labor Relations. Catherine then pursued a Master of Professional Studies degree in the same field at Cornell University from 2013 to 2015. Catherine also possesses a certification in Concentration in Social Inequality, obtained from Cornell University.
