Deacon Mike Hayes

Deacon Mike Hayes currently serves as the Director of Young Adult Ministry for the Catholic Diocese of Cleveland, where responsibilities include the development of a new Young Adult Ministry Office and regionalizing ministry efforts in collaboration with parishes. Additionally, starting in July 2024, Deacon Mike will assume the role of Director of Ecumenical and Interfaith Relations, representing the Bishop to various faith traditions and facilitating interfaith dialogue. Deacon Mike also works as a Media Specialist for the Paulist Fathers, producing the YouTube series "5 Questions with the Paulist Fathers," and has held significant roles in campus ministry and media, including editorial positions at Busted Halo and various radio reporting capacities. Educational credentials include an M.A. in Pastoral Studies and ongoing studies at St. Mary Seminary in Diaconal Studies.
