Raúl Granja Cid

Raúl Granja Cid is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in the real estate sector. Currently serving as a Project Manager for PAVASAL S.A. since September 2016, Raúl specializes in "build to rent" projects, conducting feasibility studies, due diligence, product definition, and overseeing the execution of projects until obtaining occupancy licenses. Prior to this role, Raúl was responsible for real estate management at espacios&proyectos from January 2012 to September 2016, managing assets for both individual clients and companies, providing legal advice, and coordinating property maintenance. Raúl’s experience also includes a management position at Banco Santander and previous roles in production and technical offices at Coordinados sl and Construcciones y promociones Roldamur s.l., respectively. Raúl holds a degree in Law from the Universidad de Valencia, completed in 2010.
