Mitch Grant

Mitch Grant serves as the Director of Sales and Business Development at PAVE Mobility since July 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Regional Sales Manager at FLASH from March 2019 to July 2023, where Mitch played a key role in transforming mobility solutions for consumers and operators through innovative technology products. Mitch also held the position of Regional Sales Manager at FLASH, focusing on the Midwest market, and served as Outside Sales Manager at Bristol Design Group, building relationships with general contractors and overseeing project management. Prior to that, Mitch was the North American Sales Director at CSM Tube, facilitating the transition post-acquisition and managing diverse accounts while developing market strategies for an international stainless steel tubing manufacturer. Early career experience includes a production assistant role in freelance work. Mitch holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from the University of Iowa, completed in 2014.
