Ying Xie is a legal professional with extensive experience in the Chinese and Italian legal sectors. With a background in foreign direct investments, mergers & acquisitions, and corporate governance, Ying has worked in various prestigious law firms and consulting companies. As the head of the China Desk at Pavia e Ansaldo, Ying provides expert legal advice to Italian and Chinese clients. Prior to their current role, Ying founded and led BRICs Consulting, a hub of independent consultants specializing in FDI and international business law. With a strong research background in European studies on China, Ying has also worked as a researcher at the Center of Advanced Studies on Contemporary China. Throughout their career, Ying has demonstrated a solid understanding of Chinese law, investments, and business environments.
